Refund policy
At Smoothees Limited, customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Our juices are manufactured with the highest quality and taste to give our clients a satisfactory experience. We strive to continually ensure we meet this target.
In the event your Smoothees are delivered in a state that has not met our expectations, we will do all we can to make it right. To ensure we can do this effectively, please call our helpline on 07534322879 or email us on order@smoothees.co.uk stating your order number, with a picture of the issue and a description of what went wrong. We will respond within 24 hours.
Smoothees received in a condition that cannot be consumed must be reported within 3 hours of order receipt. We will offer to replace your products at no extra charge or we will issue you a refund. However, the Smoothees bottles must be returned to our office, whatever the condition. We will schedule a free collection with you, and the bottles must be packed/boxed and returned to a pre-arranged drop-off point that is within close proximity to the delivery address. You’ll also need to provide the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you should contact us at order@smoothees.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for the returns of Smoothees that are not faulty, you will.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of our products - fresh juices, they cannot be returned. However, the juices must be emptied out from the bottles and the bottles returned to Smoothees Limited.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, except they are defective and/or damaged.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on Smoothees that have left our office to your address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
